Bernie Wrightson in The Castle of Frankenstein

Castle of Frankenstein was a black-and-white horror magazine with both comics and articles, published in the early 1970s by Gothic Castle Publishing Company (which was, basically, a low-rent competitor to Warren Publishing). The above Barnabas Collins cover to 1971's issue #16 is by a young Ken Kelly!

Some issues of this series featured a nice comic story by a young Frank Brunner, but purchase this issue #16 and you strike gold with a ten-page story written and drawn and lettered by a young Bernie Wrightson! Since copyright is not an issue with this comic, here is "A Case of Conscience" by Bernie Wrightson. Enjoy!
