Something about Action Comics #417

Here is the cover to Action Comics #417 from 1972. There is something unusual about this cover. Do you see it?

It's definitely not nice that Superman is consorting with his enemies. Three main characters being bound and/or gagged is a bit off base. And I agree that cover artist Nick Cardy drew the electrodes on Braniac's head a little lower than they would usually be placed. But none of those is the unusual thing that I'm talking about.
